Your workspace

Forma provides an editable ad studio, image uploads, PNG exports, cloud projects, AI-generated advertising text, and paid AI image generation. Video generation, ad publishing, and advertising performance tracking are not included.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the content you upload. Keep your password and recovery code private. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use automation to evade usage limits.

Your content and AI

You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the features you use. Review generated text and images for accuracy, permissions, and advertising requirements before publishing. AI can make mistakes; no conversion rate, revenue, or campaign result is guaranteed.

Plans and limits

The manual editor and PNG exports are free. Registered free accounts have 5 lifetime AI-copy requests. Starter is US$29 per month for 200 AI-copy requests, at most 20 in a rolling 24 hours. Pro is US$79 per month for 800 requests, at most 60 in a rolling 24 hours. Paid request allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC. They do not roll over. Each account may save 100 cloud projects.

Attempts, including failed requests, count toward safety limits. The service also has a shared daily generation cap; temporary capacity limits may prevent generation before your individual allowance is exhausted. We do not charge usage overages. Paid checkout displays the amount and any applicable taxes before you agree to pay.

Image credits and purchases

Starter includes 40 image credits per calendar month; Pro includes 150. Standard generation uses 1 credit and high-quality generation uses 4. Image credits are separate from AI-copy requests. Monthly image credits reset on the first day of the month in UTC and do not roll over. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Paid subscribers can buy 50 credits for US$10 or 150 for US$25 as one-time purchases; there is no auto-recharge. Purchased credits do not expire, but an active Starter or Pro subscription is required to use them.

Image credits are reserved during generation and released if a request fails or times out. Attempts, including failed attempts, count toward daily safety limits: 30 image credits per rolling 24 hours on Starter, 100 on Pro. Shared daily capacity can temporarily limit access. Refunded or disputed purchases revoke the corresponding credits and may restrict generation if those credits have already been spent. Contact support to resolve a billing issue. Recent generated images are available for 30 days; save them in a cloud project or download them to keep them.

Campaign tools

Starter includes 20 campaign folders. Pro includes 100 folders, 10 brand kits, and two additional editors in a shared campaign workspace. Each workspace supports 100 campaign designs. Pro batch packs contain up to 8 layout variants in 4 formats (32 PNGs). Teammates keep their own AI allowances. Shared access requires the owner to keep Pro active. Team edits are saved versions, not simultaneous editing. Downgrading disables paid tools; account data export remains available.

Recurring payments and cancellation

A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. Open Plans & billing → Manage billing to cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting a local project or closing your browser does not cancel a subscription. See the refund policy.

Account closure and service changes

Export your designs before closing your account. A subscription must be canceled and ended before self-service account deletion. We may restrict misuse or suspend a feature for security or operational reasons. Contact support if paid access is unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
