Cancellation and refunds

Cancel future renewals at any time from Plans & billing → Manage billing. Your plan ordinarily remains available until the end of the current paid period.

For a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or service problem, email support@goforma.ai with the billing email and invoice number. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or recovery codes. We review refund requests individually; cancellation alone does not issue an automatic refund. Any rights to a refund under applicable law remain in effect.

If you cannot access the billing portal, contact support before your renewal date for help canceling.
